I honestly can't recall a more pleasant online shopping experience. You know how sometimes what you order doesn't resemble what you saw online? Not here. My fiancé and I used the "design your own" option to design my engagement ring. It was incredible, so organized and structured - we saw actual pictures of what the final design looked like! I guess laid out for people like me who find the online shopping kind of scary. Zoara, thank you so much for not only helping me design the ring of my dreams, but showing me that shopping online can actually be easy.

I admit I was skeptical about buying expensive jewelry from an online store, but my experience at Zoara totally converted me! I can't believe how much money I saved, and the whole experience was nearly effortless. I was always intimidated by the idea of buying an engagement ring for my girlfriend, because I know so little about diamonds and jewelry. The Zoara website is so informative though, and I learned so much about diamonds that by the time it came to picking out the ring, I knew exactly what I was looking for. I ended up custom designing a ring and it came out just perfect! I chose the diamond, the cut, the setting, and the size, and Zoara custom made the ring for me. The ring arrived exactly when they said it would, and was elegantly packaged in a lovely box. After it arrived, I had it appraised - and it was appraised at about twice what I paid for it. What a steal! And, most importantly, my girlfriend was so impressed! She's the envy of all her friends now and I'm the proudest fiance ever :-)

I had a great experience shopping at Zoara. The customer service was so helpful and friendly and I really felt like I was in good hands. I ordered a three diamond engagement ring for my (now) fiance, and a day later she mentioned to me out of the blue that she didn't like three diamond rings! She said she preferred classic solitaire diamond engagement rings because they were less ostentatious. I was like, S*@#%^!T!!!! What do I do??? So I called zoara's customer service immediately and asked to switch my order. They were so cooperative! They said it was no problem at all, and luckily everything was smoothed over easily. What I relief! I ordered a solitaire diamond engagement ring instead with a gorgeous princess cut diamond. I got a fantastic price - much lower than at jewelry stores, and my girlfriend just adores it. We're definitely planning to buy our wedding rings from Zoara too. Highly recommended!
