Zoara's Frequently Asked Questions:

• What are my payment options if I make a purchase from Zoara?
  Zoara accepts all major credit cards, and we are glad to accept payment through verified user account services such as Verified PayPal, and Google Checkout. For those who wish to pay for their orders via Bank Wire, Zoara is happy to provide a 1.5% discount on the final checkout price of your order. Please note that any order over $5,000 is payable by bank wire only. Please see our Payment Options page for more details.
• Is my shipment safe?
  All of our shipments are fully insured by FedEX, and we require signature of receipt on all orders, no matter what the value so as to insure that your purchase has reached its destination safely. We are also happy to ship any order to a FedEx holding location according to your preference. Please note that if you are returning an item, you are responsible for insuring the item with your shipping provider. Please see Zoara's Shipping Policy and Return Policy for details.
• Will I pay sales tax?
  As your order will be arriving from the U.S, you may be charged a fee when your order is processed by customs. The estimated customs fee in the UK is approximately 20% of the order value. If there are any taxes to be paid, FedEx will contact you and send a form requesting that they act as your broker, meaning that you will pay the taxes through FedEx instead of directly through customs. In fact, in many cases you may simply pay when the package is delivered, as most FedEx deliverymen are equipped with a portable credit card payment device, which makes the entire procedure relatively convenient. Please note that customers are responsible for customs charges levied by your local authorities, so we recommend that you check your local regulations before completing your purchase. For more information please view the HM Customs and Revenue website.
• What is your international shipping policy? 
  A $30 handling and insurance fee will apply to orders shipping outside the U.S. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs, duties or taxes levied by international authorities. • Do you offer special military discounts?

• What if I want to make a return?
  If you are not completely happy with your Zoara purchase, you are free to return it within 45 days of the shipment date for a full refund. For more information please visit our Return Policy page.
• Is my purchase secure?
  Zoara ensures that all of its customers' online transactions are completely secure. Our online payment methods are protected from fraud and safely encrypted using SSL technologies. • How do I know that the quality diamond I am buying is what I am receiving?
  Zoara issues a Diamond Grading Report with your purchase of any piece of diamond jewellery or loose diamond. The grading report is issued from GIA, AGS, EGL or IGI laboratories which detail the attributes of your diamond. You may view your diamond's grading report online before purchase to insure that the diamond you buy is the diamond you receive. If you choose to have your diamond appraised, the grading report is a good reference to bring to the appraiser to further confirm the attributes of your diamond.
• How do I figure out my ring size?
  Zoara is happy to help you accurately measure your rings size or the ring size of your loved one. Please visit our British Ring Size Guide for more information.
• What if the ring I buy is the wrong size?
  We offer free resizing within 30 days of purchase on all rings aside from eternity bands or tension rings. These rings cannot be resized and must be remanufactured. After the 30 day period we charge a minimal fee for resizing. All resized rings will be returned to you completely free of charge.
• Can I order a custom ring?
  Can't find the exact design you are looking for on our website? Do you have a specific style in mind? Are you hoping to find a wedding ring that perfectly matches an engagement ring you already own? Zoara would be happy to help you create a custom made ring in collaboration with our expert in-house jewelers or customize a ring from our catalogue according to your specifications.
